Regal Watch delivers orders within Bangladesh through courier partners. Delivery availability, any delivery charge and the estimated delivery time are shown at checkout or confirmed when we contact you about the order.

Inside Dhaka and outside Dhaka

Orders may be delivered inside Dhaka and to supported locations outside Dhaka. Charges can differ by location, product or campaign. The amount shown for your order at checkout or on the specific offer page is the amount that applies.

Cash on delivery

Cash on delivery is available for eligible orders. Any exception will be shown at checkout or explained during order confirmation.

Order confirmation

We may call or message the phone number supplied with the order to confirm the product, colour or variation, delivery address and applicable delivery charge before dispatch.

Delivery estimates and courier delays

Delivery timing is an estimate, not a guarantee. Courier delays, weather, public holidays, service interruptions and destination access may affect delivery. Contact us if an order is delayed beyond the estimate provided during confirmation.

Failed delivery or incorrect address

Please provide a complete address and an active phone number. If an address is incomplete, incorrect or unreachable, dispatch may be delayed or the parcel may be returned. Re-delivery availability and any additional courier charge will be confirmed before another dispatch.
