Regal Watch is an independent multi-brand watch retailer based in Dhaka, Bangladesh. We may offer selected third-party branded watches, Regal Watch retail products, and generic or unbranded watches and clocks. We do not claim an official relationship with a third-party brand unless that relationship is explicitly documented.
3. Eligibility
Our products are intended for buyers who are at least 18 years old or who are placing an order with the consent of a parent or legal guardian. By placing an order, you confirm that the details you provide, including your name, delivery address, and contact number, are accurate and belong to you.
4. Products & Descriptions
We take care to present accurate product images, descriptions, and specifications across our website and social pages. Minor variations in colour, finish, or dial detail may occur due to photography, lighting, or display settings, and do not constitute a defect. We reserve the right to update, discontinue, or limit the availability of any product without prior notice.
5. Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Prices are subject to change without prior notice, though any change will not affect an order already confirmed. Payment must be completed through the methods made available at checkout or communicated to you directly by our team, which may include cash on delivery, mobile financial services, or bank transfer.
6. Orders & Cancellation
An order is confirmed once we verify the details with you, whether through our website, phone, or WhatsApp. We reserve the right to cancel or decline any order due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent activity, in which case any advance payment will be refunded. Cancellation requests from customers are accepted only before an order has been dispatched.
7. Shipping & Delivery
We deliver across Bangladesh through trusted courier partners, with dispatch typically handled within a few business days of order confirmation. Delivery timelines may vary depending on location and courier conditions and are provided as estimates rather than guarantees. Regal Watch is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, natural events, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
8. Warranty Policy
Regal Watch offers a 1-year warranty across Bangladesh on eligible products against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship, effective from the date of delivery.
The warranty covers:
- Movement or mechanism faults arising from manufacturing defects
- Faulty components present at the time of purchase
The warranty does not cover:
- Physical damage, scratches, or cracked glass from accidental drops or impact
- Water damage, unless the product is explicitly rated water-resistant and used within its rated limits
- Normal wear such as strap wear, battery replacement, or fading
- Damage caused by unauthorised repair or tampering
- Products purchased through unofficial or unverified resellers
To claim a warranty service, please contact us with your order details and a description of the issue through our official email or phone number.
9. Returns & Refunds
If a product arrives damaged, defective, or different from what was ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos or video of the item. Once verified, we will offer a repair, replacement, or refund at our discretion. Products must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase to be eligible. Items showing signs of use, damage caused after delivery, or missing accessories are not eligible for return.
10. Third-Party Branded and Generic Products
Third-party branded products may be obtained through suppliers, wholesalers, importers or distribution channels. Purchasing through a supplier does not by itself establish a direct relationship with the brand owner. Generic or unbranded products are not represented as products manufactured, sponsored or endorsed by unrelated luxury brands. Regal Watch is not affiliated with, sponsored by, endorsed by, or an official representative of a third-party brand unless that relationship is explicitly stated.
11. Intellectual Property
All content on regalwatchbd.com and our official social channels, including the Regal Watch name, logo, product photography, and written content, is the property of Regal Watch and may not be copied, reproduced, or used commercially without our written permission.
12. Use of the Website

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes arising from these terms or from a purchase made with Regal Watch will fall under the jurisdiction of the courts of Dhaka, Bangladesh.
